Welcome to Beautiful Geneva. Please read the booking conditions carefully before booking your accommodation or tour with us. By booking with us, you agree to our general booking conditions.

Cancellation policy

Full refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before scheduled arrival date.
50% refund for cancellations made between 7 days and 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date.
No refunds for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date.
In the event of cancellation due to exceptional circumstances (health problems or family emergencies), reimbursement will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
In the event of cancellation by the activity and accommodation provider for unforeseen reasons, a full refund will be given and accommodation only alternatives will be offered where possible.
Cancellations must be made in writing (email) to be valid at info.beautifulgeneva@gmail.com
